It is the policy of Rochester Orthopedics to collect all co-payments, deductibles, and balances at the time of service.  We participate in many different insurance plans.  As a courtesy, we will file your claim with your primary insurance company.

It is very important that we have accurate insurance information in order to do this for you. If your insurance company does not pay your claim within a reasonable amount of time, the balance of the claim will be transferred to you. It is very important that you contact your  insurance company in the event your claim is denied for any reason.

Financial arrangements must be made prior to any elective surgery.
