Teresa Perkins received her ANP degree from Indiana Wesleyan in 2005 and began working at Rochester Orthopedics.  She obtained her board certification in 2006.  Teresa is a member of the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and Indiana State Nurses Association, and National Association of Orthopedic Nurses.
